In order to find suitable sound to fit our film opening, we went on the website, 'creative commons'. Here we found a number of good tracks that we thought would go well with our film opening. We picked music that would avoid any copyright issues. After doing this we dowloaded 5 possible soundtracks for our film, we came together as a group and watched the opening with each track and discussed which one would be the most suitable, we came to the decision that Veloma by Fabrizio Paterlini was best suited to our storyline.
The reason why we picked this track was because:
- It helps create a dream-like atmosphere to our opening, which is what we hoped to achieve
- It helps to build tension and confuse the audience because it isn't clear whether the storyline is a possitive or negative one
- Its suits the tempo of our filming
